The Loft of Arcadia Valley has multiple options for retreats and meeting spaces for conferences and meetings.  With our unique accomodations, we can host meetings from 5 to 100+ attendees in one of our well-appointed meeting halls.  If you prefer an outdoor setting, we have the covered pavilion from the 1904 World's Fair.  The Pavilion seats 150+.  Our open air amphitheater, The Vesper seats 150.  Maybe, you want a fire-side setting...we have a firepit with bench seating for 100+ and a newly added, covered fire pit area, The Gathering Place, which can host up to 100.  If you want overnight lodging, we have several cottages from which to choose.  Let us help you with planning your next event.  From coffee service to snacks to meals, we can make your retreat or conference
